Maya Mohan holds a Masters of Music in Voice Performance & Pedagogy (M.Mus.) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Drama & Communications Studies (B.A.) as well as a Bachelor of Musical Arts in voice (B.M.A.) from the University of Windsor.
Maya has been teaching since June 2007. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and the Ontario Registered Music Teacher’s Association (ORMTA).
Maya is also an active performer, and has most recently appeared as Tisbe in the MUN Opera RoadShow production of Cinderella en Route.
